Glenn F. The primary emphasis of Mr. Beckham’s work during his forty-plus years of experience has been in the defense of civil cases filed against railroad companies in Mississippi and Tennessee. This experience has resulted in over 40 published opinions and numerous unpublished opinions from the Mississippi Appellate Courts, the United States District Courts of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Beckham has served on Canadian National/ Illinois Central’s National Committee for the Formulation of Defense Strategy in connection with toxic tort litigation, and has extensive experience in the trial and defense of asbestos and other toxic tort cases. Mr. Beckham continues his work in general tort, products liability and aviation cases.
