Loraleigh Phillips “Shoots a Pair” with Two Separate Workers’ Comp Court of Appeals Cases Upholding Defense Verdicts Issued on Same Day

In May of 2020, Loraleigh C. Phillips “shot a pair” before the Mississippi Court of Appeals, where two separate cases were upheld that Ms. Phillips had successfully tried and won before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission.
